The microporous aeration tube should be round tube type, with DH65-500, DH65-750, DH65-1000 and DH90-1000J models, and can be customized according to customer needs. A polyurethane (PU) film with a diaphragm thickness of not less than 0.8mm or an EPDM or silicone rubber diaphragm with a thickness of not less than 1mm is attached to the PVC sleeve, and both ends are fixed by SS304 clamp collars.

 The expanded width of the aeration membrane is greater than 220mm and the length is 1000mm, of which the length of the effective perforated area is greater than 920mm, and the entire aeration membrane consists of two non-porous areas. The open area of the entire aeration membrane should be greater than 0.23m2, and the bubble diameter should be maintained at 1 to 3mm.

The diaphragm is made of polyurethane (PU), EPDM (EPDM), or silicone rubber (SI), and special additives are added to increase physical properties.

The air entering the aerator should not need to be air purified, and should be used after long-term continuous use or stoppage, and it will not cause the blockage of the micropores and the backflow of the mixed liquid.
